1986 Chrysler LeBaron Town and Country

I'm selling my original 1986 Chrysler LeBaron Town and Country convertible. This beautiful car has under 25,000 original miles. This is an original California car that I purchased from a classic automobile dealer in L.A. , and I had it shipped to Massachusetts many years ago. California license plate can be seen in one photo. I have the original window sticker with the selling price of $18,777.00, and this car has all options available including the 2.2 turbo engine and the European handling package in addition to all power options and an power antenna, and wire wheel covers. It has the Mark Cross leather interior with the original power convertible top and glass rear window. The leather seats do show minimal signs of wear and the original carpeting and optional floor mats are immaculate. The a/c blows warm, and the zipper to the rear window is nonfunctional due to age. All windows are clear and function as they should. The engine runs fine, and the transmission functions properly. The original tires were removed last October due to age cracks, and a new set of appropriate whitewall tires were installed. The undercarriage is clean without issues as the photo shows., having never been exposed to chemically treated roads. I have used it as a summer car and have driven it about 400 miles a year and stored in the winter. It has always been garaged, and I have never driven it in the rain. The parade boot is perfect and there is also a custom made tonneau cover of the same material that attaches from the dash backward to protect the interior from hot sun or elements. The original bronze paint is great and the wood paneling is perfect with no fading or discoloration. This was the final year for this model and only 501 were made in 1986. It has a clean title and a clean Carfax report as well. A time capsule original owned by a non-smoking senior citizen. Original glove box booklets and sales brochure also come whit this car. PLEASE NOTE-- Lee Iacocca owned this same model 1986 Town and Country convertible in a cream color, and it sold at Bonhams Auction in Scottsdale in January 2020 for over $19,000!
