Classic Mini

Its with a very heavy heart that were offering our Classic Mini Sprite for sale, as you can see from the pictures this car has been loved, comes with gleaming red paintwork, 10" alloy wheels and brand new tyres, front discs brakes, four Cibie front spot lights wired on to main beam, Cooper bonnet stripes add to the look up front.To the rear there's a period rear fog light and Cooper badge again enhancing the look.Inside there's a walnut dash with rev counter and a CD unit inc radio, speakers in the front doors, also fitted is a top end safety device roll cage.The one fault is the inner panels of both seats have small rips in the centre panel, (been quoted £150) to replace them.RC40 exhaust makes this little car sound fantastic and if you don't smile every time you start it then this car is not for you. If your looking for a car that has all the creature comforts of the 21st century then she's not for you either.She has today had a visit to the garage to have a brand new MOT done, the garage have told me that they have not seen a mini is such good condition underneath for a long time if ever, the paintwork is also in great condition and will put a smile on the next owners face.The only reason its up for sale is were having building work done and the little mini is loosing her garage (Still not sure about selling her)!!If you haven't gathered yet I'm not in any hurry to sell her at all but I'm not putting her outside, not even for one night.The speedo is showing 53,000 but it was changed at around 75,000 as the original stopped working.As with all mini's there is always a couple of jobs to do (No point in having one otherwise) and this one is no different.The seat panels are the only thing inside and as you change from third to second sometimes there a small crunch, doesn't bother me as I'm used to it and I change gear slowly.Me just being honest really.SOIf your looking for a fantastic little red mini that drives, stops and gets admired everywhere it goes you might be in with a good chance of owning it.It will give you a smile on your face every time you start it and catch out a few when you get to the twisty bits, 1275cc so can keep up with the traffic too.I'm not interested in sending her to Africa, if your going to race her don't bid as I won't sell it to you, far to good to even trash about in.Its been a great car and will be missed.If a garage can be found to keep her then this advert will end the same day !!!!
