THIS ROVER HAS HAD EXTENSIVE RESTORATION WORK BUT NEEDS COMPLETING. MOST OF THE HARD WORK HAS BEEN FINISHED.

THE PICTURES SHOW TO WHAT EXTENT THE WORK HAS BEEN CARRIED OUT. THE BODY WAS REMOVED. RESTORED AND PAINTED.  THE CHASSIS ALSO COMPLETLEY STRIPPED. PRIMED AND REFINISHED GIVING A TOTALLY RUST FREE CHASSIS AND BODY SHELL. nbsp;REFURBISHED ENGINE AND GEARBOX. nbsp;(SEE PHOTOS. THEY TELL THE STORY).

THE SEATS ARE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION BUT THE DOOR CARDS REQUIRE RENOVATION.

UNFORTUANETLY THE PREVIOUS OWNER PASSED AWAY BEFORE HE COULD FINISH THE PROJECT. THE VEHICLE COMES WITH A MULTITUDE OF PARTS TO COMPLETE THE VEHICLE. RECHROMED BRIGHTWORK. NEW CARPETS. LIGHTS ETC. IT WILL MAKE A SUPERB EXAMPLE OF THIS MARQUE.

THIS CAR WHEN COMPLETED WILL BE FIT FOR CONCOURSE STATUS. A PROJECT FOR THE WINTER. READY TO USE AND SHOW IN THE SPRING.

This vehicle has a V5 registration shows total of 2 owners since first registration in 1960 A comprehensive set of photographs is present showing the quality of restoration performed by/for the last owner. Sadly he was unable to complete his project before he passed away.

I have now discovered. after some very close inspection from underneath the vehicle. that the front wings are fibre glass! These are very high quality parts and look just like metal originals. I feel that they do not detract from the overall quality of the vehicle.
