Up for sale is my clean titled 1982 Oldmobile Cutlass Calais lowrider. This was always my favorite G-body platform and ran across this car a few years ago online. The car just turned over 87,000 miles. The 3.8 engine runs good and has recently had most the main gaskets replaced and a new radiator installed. When I bought the car, it was already kandy painted with the flake and patterns. That was one of the main reasons I bought the car. The previous owner did a euro clip front end from an 87 cutlass I believe. The interior follows the theme with the patterns and paint on the dash and rear deck shelf. The dash has custom airbrushing across the entire thing in the AC vent section. There was an aftermarket moonroof already installed also which was a bonus, however there is some cracking around it due to the body flex / hydraulics. The moonroof glass was just replaced under a recall and is in perfect condition with no scratches. The whole interior is custom with bucket seats up front and the original bench in the rear. The seats and door panels are wrapped with a red vinyl and suede accent. The interior trim pieces are all color matched as well. The car has 3 post knockoffs with real stamped Dayton's. I just recently replaced all 4 tires with premium sportway 5.20-13. The brakes were done around 500 miles ago. In the trunk is a 4 pump hoppo's setup with manual slowdown valves, racked for 6 batteries but could easily be modified to make it hold 8. All (6) group 31's we're just replaced a little over a year ago. All the dumps were just replaced as well as all the solenoids. Just added the 10 switch box from CCE. The front cylinders (8”) and the rear cylinders (14”) were just replaced within the last 500 miles. The rear spring perches were cracking out so I bridged the rear with c-channel. I added the adjustable trailing arms from hoppos in the rear. The rear end is fully reinforced as well the frame being reinforced in all stress points. The front upper A arms were extended and reinforced. We just replaced the bushings as well as the sway bar bushings and it rides pretty straight down the road. I added an upgraded alternator that is color matched to the body. New battery for the car was just replaced last week. The whole Air condition system was replaced with all OEM components and blows ice cold! The radiator and hoses were replaced within the last 500 miles / year. New air filter as well as valve cover gaskets, carb rebuild and spark plugs within the last 500 miles. The gauges in the dash weren't working besides the speedometer and odometer so I added a 3 gauge pod / gauges for the oil pressure, voltages and water temp. The steering wheel is chrome with (3) 5 spoke sections which is mounted on a tilt column. The mirrors have been engraved and chromed. The system is powered by a 2 channel CT sounds amp for the 12” Rockford fosgate subwoofer and there is a 4 channel CT sounds amp powering the middle and highs. There are fiberglass kick panels up front with CT sounds mid and highs. Kenwood head unit / has blue tooth. If you are looking for a show car, this isnt it. This is one of the most attention getting, colorful, entertaining driver / cruiser you could imagine!
