W123 Mercedes 280E AutoA highly spec'd car, with all the chrome and more: Electric Windows all round, Central Locking, Cruise Control, ABS, PAS and Electric Sunroof.A very clean example of a W123, that's covered just 140k and has a very good history file - two service books, stamped from new until 120k, various receipts and even a bill of sale in 1996 when is was purchased for £7,500. 

It is extremely straight and has only a couple of minor blemishes to the paint. The chrome is absolutely sensational, with no pitting whatsoever.  

The interior is almost immaculate, which considering its age is remarkable. The Zebrano wood is absolutely stunning, with no cracks or wear.  It even has the original stereo/cassette which works perfectly and sends the arial up with no problems.  

The underside has been Waxoiled and is extremely solid.

The M110 straight 6, 12 valve engine is extremely strong, smooth running and provides more than enough power.  The automatic box is excellent and provides the perfect relaxed and executive ride.  I've just completed a 250 mile one way trip - to say it was effortless is an understatement.Just 6 owners from new, it has clearly been loved by all of them and has undergone restorative work in the recent past, with a USB drive full of photographs.11 Months MOT, a recent service and new radiator/coolant flush, it's a ready to use and enjoy w123.Prices are rising fast for the w123, so get into them while you can at sensible money!
