The car was professionally restored about 20 years ago. It is a very nice looking and driving custom coupe. No expense was spared while the car has been in my possession. Some examples of the custom worked involved were all the body seams were filled, side trim and door handles were shaved. It does have remote controlled door poppers to open doors. The headlights and taillights are frenched. The entire vehicle has a super glossy black paint job with a heavy top coat for easy care. Everything lines up very nicely and body work was done with superb attention to detail. Overall the paint is holding up great with some minor patina from normal  seasonal usage. Since the restoration this custom coupe has never been driven during the winter. The interior is in beautiful condition as everything was redone during the initial rebuild of the vehicle. Some of the custom interior amenities include a new headliner, the interior metal trim has all been re-chromed, the seats have all been re-sprung, re-upholstered and still is a very comfortably pleasant ride even for the long hauls. All the lights work and even has the period correct under dash heater that works great. The hidden stereo system and speakers sound great. The engine is a small-block Chevrolet 283 cubic inch V-8 attached to a aluminum 2 speed Powerglide transmission. The only major deviation from a stock front end is the addition of front disc braking system. I have owned this car for 15 years and have up-kept everything to the letter with proper annual preventive maintenance. Always stored indoors, washed and detailed after every car show and major out of town trips. It has been a lovingly driven vehicle over the years with many more miles still left in her. However, with any older restoration and continued usage through the years some things are just unpredictable and currently the driver side window glass is cracked but still rolls up and down with little effort. The remote door openers have a old remote that will need new batteries. Until the remote batteries are replaced, I have just been using the vent window open to reach a hand into the car to use the interior handle to open the door. She is a turn key car ready for the open road and for years to come for someone else to give her the enjoyment it has brought my family and I over the last nearly two decades. Feel free to contact me with any further questions.
