Datsun Laurel C31

Hi All
Here we have a classic Datsun Laurel C31. its in Burgundy and has on 9537 miles only.
it was part of a probate. found in the garage. after the original owner passed on his wife kept it in the garage until she unfortunately passed away. The vehicle has no paperworkdue the the contents of the house being disposed prior to finding the car.
You only have to see inside of the car to appreciate the Mileage is correct. the boot is as if its new. the alloy and tyre is unused. the velour inside is exceptional as are the carpets.
It has a sunroof. cassette player and the original Ariel which when last tried actually worked!
There are no holes in the bodywork. a bit of rust on one of the doors. I have put on lots more photo's on :-

The vehicle could do with a full respray. it does not need any body parts. but could do with a replacement grill. Mechanically. it started and sounded well. the exhaust was replaced but needs the pipe extension. the carburetor was repaired and the master slave cylinder replaced. it has been on my drive for a year and has no live battery and MOT so will need to be trailered away. It has not been started since itsbeen parked here.
I have taken as many photo's as possible to show you the condition. its dirty and has moss over it. The door rust is shown and the battery plate will need to be plated. nbsp;also there is a little rust in the engine bay but is surface only.
I have the log book and a copy of the old log book. as well as the 2 keys.
The battery has been removed as well as the filter cover and are in the car.
I bought this due to my father having one(unfortunately he has passed away)and whilst sat on the computer one came up on ebay. so with my heart ruling my head I bought it. from a place in Gloucester. I have tried to move it on but as always been indecisive. it was sold to a Datsun Owners Club member but hisvehicle didn't sell due to a non payer on ebay and couldn't collect. shame as he was nice guy and I want this to go to a good home.
I have another vehicle which I want to restore. I just dont have the time or space forboth. it will be difficult to move on but the time has come as its been with me for 2years and nothing bar from the carburetor and exhaust has been done.
The prices on good examples are creeping up and if you do your research vehicleswith alot more mileage are fetching huge money. granted they are in better conditionthan mine. but internally and mileage wise you will not get better. you will not get a more honest car. The car is based in Blackburn Lancashire.
