A great summer ride and an affordable toy!!  Engine runs great, transmission shifts smoothand the brakes stop well.  This car needsnothing but a driver.  Just passed a MassachusettsState Inspection in July 2021.  Theexterior is in excellent condition with no major body damage.  There are a few very very minor nicks orscratches to be expected for a 36 year old car that wasn't kept in bubble wrapbut nothing to be concerned with. Interior is in excellent shape. Tires are good.  Car is ready togo.

We do not charge any documentation fees. What you bid is what you pay, so bid to win!  Please remember that your bid is a contractto purchase, you are not bidding for the opportunity to come see the vehicleand kick the tires.  If you are local andwould like to see the vehicle prior to bidding, please contact me beforeplacing a bid.  Bid to own.  Vehicle must be paid for within 7 days ofauction end and must be picked up within 14 days of auction end.  Due to the agreement with our landlordvehicles left over a 14 day period may be subject to a storage charge of $35per day starting on the 15th day.   Ifthis storage charge will apply to you, you will be given notice prior tostorage charges beginning to accrue.  I'musually pretty lenient with this rule, however there are certain instances whenit must be must be enforced (i.e. vehicle still here 2 months after youwon).  I understand sometimes shippingcompanies give people the runaround and I'm not looking to hurt anyone.  If you are actively working to get yourvehicle shipped, you will most likely not be charged. All buyers MUST make anon-refundable deposit of $500 within 24 hours of auction end via Paypal.  This is now a requirement on all my vehicleauctions due to the increased amount of NON-PAYING bidders.  There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to thisrequirement due to prior bad experiences. If we do not have a deposit or contact from the buyer within 24 hours,we reserve the right to sell the vehicle to a back up buyer.  Remaining payment must be cash (in person),wire transfer or cashier's check.  We donot accept Paypal for payment in full due to the high fees.  In addition, eBay will only allow us toaccept Paypal for the deposit and requires we select another method of paymentfor the balance.  Vehicle is sold AS-ISWHERE-IS with no warranties expressed or implied. Titles& Paperwork

You will be required to provide a name and address for the title and bill ofsale for transfer of ownership.  We donot leave titles blank!!  This is aviolation of Federal Law and dealer license requirements.  We also will not falsify a bill of sale bystating a lower purchase price.  What youbid is what you pay and that is the amount that will be on your bill ofsale.  In the interest of consistency, weconsider the date of sale to be the date the eBay auction ended, this will bethe date listed on your title and bill of sale.

VehiclePickup

If you plan to pick up your vehicle in person here is a general guideline ofmy availability.  I rent storage at a lotwhere I work so I'm usually available during the day from 8am to 4pm.  Vehicle pickups will be during normalbusiness hours only.  Due to previous badexperiences, I'm no longer willing to meet people at 8-9pm because that almostalways ends up as 10-11pm due to travel delays. I can no longer do airport or train station pickups.  I am about a $30-40 cab ride from LoganInternational Airport, so please plan accordingly.   It may not always be possible to pickup your vehicle the same day or next day after an auction ends.  I need time to get the proper paperwork inorder prior to vehicle delivery.  If youhave any questions regarding pickup times, please contact me prior to biddingso we can make arrangements and I can be better prepared to meet yourneeds.  Please contact me prior tobooking travel and scheduling a pickup date to make sure I am available.  If you do not contact me prior to makingarrangements I reserve the right to reschedule for a different time.

ShippingTerms

Shipping arrangements and payments are the buyer's responsibility.  Please make your shipping arrangements or geta shipping quote prior to purchasing the vehicle.  A word to the wise, please do not rely on theshipping quotes eBay puts on my listing. These are not quoted by me, they are advertisements placed by eBay.Often they are attention grabbing low prices that change after the sale.  I recommend confirming the quote with theshipping company that gives it. 

If you plan to ship your vehicle, I will do anything I can to help you oryour shipper.  The vehicle is beingstored at a trucking facility and we can be very flexible with helping ashipper load the vehicle or arranging a pick up time.  If you are having your vehicle shipped andpicked up by a transporter they can pick it up 7 days a week as long as I have24 hours notice.  I usually need a daysnotice so I can make your vehicle accessible and make sure I can have someonemeet the driver if I am unable to.  Ireserve the right to refuse your transporter if they don't give me sufficientnotice.  This is usually not a problembut lately I've been having shippers either give me an hours notice or justplain showing up unannounced.  If yourshipper does not have the required equipment to load his own truck (example:shows up with an enclosed box trailer and no ramps) and requires the assistanceof my storage facility to load, the vehicle may be subject to loading charges(typically $75).  This charge should beassumed by the unprepared trucker however if he refuses to pay we reserve theright to either turn him away or call you to approve payment of the additionalcharge.  We will not charge our customersany additional charges without prior notice and consent.

Due to weight and hazmat requirements, most shippers require vehicles tohave less than 1/8th of a tank of fuel in them prior to shipping.  Vehicles may be low on fuel at pickup or uponarrival when shipped.

-           Vehicle must be paid for inUS Funds by Certified Check Drawn from a US Bank.

-           I will not be responsiblefor any shipping costs, taxes, tariffs, fees or any other costs associated withyou shipping the vehicle to your home country. You are responsible for gettingthe vehicle from my location in Revere, MA to your location
