Cruise back to the sixties in this restored original 1962 Corvair Monza 900 convertible!  Experience an open-top road trip on a fine spring day, or re-live a drive-in movie experience on a warm summer night!

This beautiful car has undergone a thorough restoration including a rebuilt engine, re-sealed PowerGlide automatic transmission, all new seat upholstery and interior panels, new carpeting, rebuilt front and rear suspension, rebuilt front and rear brakes, rebuilt hydraulic power top mechanism, new windshield, new door and window seals, re-paint, new radial whitewall tires, new original-style AM/FM stereo, and much more.  Restoration records are included with this car.  It has been driven less than 3000 miles since restoration, and is stored indoors.

This car has the desirable optional higher horsepower “Super Turbo Air” engine.  (This is not the turbocharged engine, just Chevrolet's name for the more powerful dual carburetor engine).  It is equipped with the legendary PowerGlide automatic transmission for effortless cruising.

A stunning turquoise exterior with turquoise interior completes the sixties look.  Wide bucket seats and plenty of room make this a very comfortable car.  The absence of a transmission tunnel means the interior is very roomy.  Even the shifter for the PowerGlide 2-speed automatic is built into the dash to maximize cabin space. There's a carefully restored and rare hydraulic power convertible top.

The engine is the famous air-cooled 164 cubic inch flat-6,which generates 102 horsepower and lots of low-end torque with the rugged PowerGlide 2-speed automatic.  The Corvair has a big-car ride quality and quick handling.  This car has the optional wire wheel hubcaps, fender trim and super rare front bumper overrider bar.

Extras include full restoration documentation, owners manual, factory service manual, factory assembly manual, Corvair literature and spare maintenance parts.
