Ford Fiesta XR2i

Very reluctantly selling my XR2i, never planned on selling this car when i bought it, but personal circumstances mean i'm going to have to let it goThis is not you average 30yr old ford, the pictures speak for themselves, fully rebuilt engine and body. i have folders full of pics during the rebuild if anybody requires more, this car has all original paperwork and history from leaving the ford factory. including the original bill of sale from ford, which shows just how cherished this car has been.Clock shows a genuine 89k miles, this is what the car has covered, however the engine was fully stripped out and rebuilt around 2010 nuts bolts and all, since then the car has covered less than 10k miles, never missed a beat, fires first time on the button every time and sails through the MOT, its got service history from new, and ive had it serviced every year for the last 6/7 regardless if i drove 200 or 2k miles All work is fully documented with pic by pic breakdown of all work carried outFull original XR2i interior including seats, carpets and door cards, which is becoming more rare, even more rare is the fact the seats are all still in good condition, with no rips or wear and the bolsters are still solidNo rot or rust, fully wax oyled underneath and under arches, and paintwork has recently been fully ceramic coated to preserve lifeSo much more to list, but the car and pics speak for themselves, im in no way desperate to sell, if you can find another XR2i with this much history in this condition then id probably look at buying it myself, its kept garaged and i only ever drive it in the summerObviously with the car being 30yrs old its going to have a couple of bad points, and im not wanting to waste your or my time, the drivers seat doesnt lift forward, works fine on the runners and adjusts, just doesnt lift forward, never bothered me as ive never had anybody in the back, passenger seat works fine. The passenger window doesnt open, very common fault, if you know these cars im sure you have come across this before, simple fix its just a motor, neither window worked when i bought the car but i only changed the drivers side motor and was happy at thatThe boot release doesnt work, ive got the parts, solenoid and motor, just never got round to getting them fitted as ive never used the boot, obviously these will come with car.Ive got boxes of spare parts, including bottom arms, bushes and brembo brakes that will all be included in the saleCurrently sat on escort GTi wheels with toyo tyres, i have 6 x original XR2i alloys, 4 of which i had fully reconditioned with new tyres, however i preferred the look of the escort wheels so never put them on, these will also be included in saleThanks for reading, please no time wasters or tyre kickers, however if your looking for a classic 90s hot hatch, or a long term investment give me a shoutCash on collection, as said previously im really not desperate to sell so im not interested in 'cash today' offers of far less than what i believe its worth
