Mercedes 250SL Pagoda . This very desirable mercedes was last on the road in 1983. And there are the following parts missing that I can see. Injection systemExhaust manifoldFront grillHeadlightsRadiator and front bumper. These are just the parts that are obvious to me but there may be more. This rust has had its way with this vehicle as i believe it was stored under a cover outdoors for a long time before it was dry stored there are no keys but I do have a V5That's the bad news out of the way now for the good. Both the hard top and the soft top are present and the frame is in perfect condition and works fine. the hood itself is serviceable  All the interior is present and correct the wheel trims are also present. The V5 is showing one owner and it is now in my name. I was told by the previous owner that his father purchased the car from the singer Sandie Shaw but I have no prove of this as the dvla records only show one owner. and they have no other information about the car as the old V5 was never sent back for renewal so the have nothing on their data base. I had every intention of restoring the car myself but a vehicle that I have owned for many years is ready to come out of the workshop so I just do not have the room.  these cars are really making the money now and will only increase in value. Whilst this car is in need of a ground up restoration its a genuine RHD car and restored in the correct manor you will make a tidy profit. I myself would have kept it. Should I not get what I am looking for I will just containerise her and restore it myself at a later date. You are welcome to view the car before bidding but please remember you are bidding to buy and not haggle after the auction has ended. A £500 deposit to be paid by pay pal at the end of the auction.
