This is a stunningly beautiful car that I have owned for 14 years. It is a replica of the 1929 Mercedes SSK. As a Brit I have just bought an old British car hence this is up for sale. It is always garaged and never driven in bad weather. I have replaced many items as a "preventive maintenance" way of doing things and have worked on classic motorcycles and cars for a long time as a hobby. Here are some of the parts renewed: timing belt, water pump, thermostat, engine main seals, fuel pump, brake master cylinder, Hayden transmission oil cooler, 4 quality tires purchased 250 miles ago, Esslinger crankshaft pulley, all 4 steering ball joints, front brake rotors and pads, rear brake shoes, muffler, gas tank sender unit, ignition control module, transmission fluid and gasket renewed, alternator and voltage regulator, sports ignition coil, fly wheel and rear main seal. New twin choke Holley carburetor was installed in May and improved jetting. It has electronic ignition. The car goes very well with a 2.3 liter engine and automatic transmission. The engine and transmission have only done less than 11000 miles.I have (not shown in the photos) both side curtains, tonneau cover, rear cover when the main roof cover is down, all in super condition. There are no fluid leaks of any kind and no smoke from the engine at all. I also have many spares too many to list here. The car attracts many people asking for photos to be taken. I have recently seen similar cars on here with much higher asking prices that, in my opinion, are not as good! It is even better than the photos show. Located near Hendersonville North Carolina.
