The only downside I can think of is she has the early seven tooth steering which is not as tight as the later steering boxes. If you make a full price offer I will include a later style two tooth steering column that I purchased to install in this car but never did. There are no shakes or shimmies in the front end.  Alabama does not use titles for cars built before 1974 so this car will come with a notarized bill of sale and the current registration slip. You can use that documentation to get a title if your state uses titles for antiques.
