I am reluctantly selling my XJS 1995 Celebration model.  I am a Jaguar enthusiast and this is one of my cars that just doesn't get used.  I have owned the car for 4 years now and always enjoyed driving it to various car shows in my area.The car has always been garaged and never seen rain for the duration of my ownership. Looking at the condition of the car I would be surprised if it has ever seen any rain.Structurally the car is In very good condition. Their is no rust underneath, it has never had any welding. Lots of common wear and tear items have been replaced including brake callipers and shock absorbers.The engine purrs as the straight 6 should do. (I much prefer the 6 to the v12). The gearbox is smooth.The paintwork as far as I can tell is all original. It is not unmarked there is a small dent in the drivers door and slight scuff on a bumper corner. My plan was to correct these but for personnel reasons i have never got round to doing so.Everything is in working order including the electric roof accept the air conditioning which has never worked. Again i planned to have it repaired but as i always drove the car with the roof down it was never high on my list of priorities.Inside is in good condition but the drivers seat has some wear.The mileage is 110,000 but this in no way reflects the condition of the car.I purchased this car as it has an excellent solid base with the view to keep it forever. It is 90% there in regards to being perfect. I just never took the time to make it 100%. If you are after a car to keep for the long term without having to pour money into it to keep it on the road then this is the one. If you wish it to look perfect then it is certainly achievable with a little time and money.I do have access to a vehicle ramp if anyone would like to view underneath the car.
