Bmw E30 with M52 Engine Conversion

BMW E30 1990 H631ELEThis car started out as a 2.0 AutomaticWhen I got the car I was not happy with the Performance of the lathargic Automatic gearbox or the 112000 miles M20 Motor so set about converting to manual and a later BMW Engine, this soon escalated to the following.ENGINE ...M52B25 Engine 69,000 miles from an E36 bmw. Immobiliser deleted,software remapped and rev limiter raised to 7200rpm. BMW E34 sump, baffle plate an pick up. Lightened and balanced flywheel. M5 Engine mounts. E30 M3 Beautification panel and strut brace to finish off the bay.COOLING ...Metal upgraded Water Pump, 80 degree Thermostat, alloy Thermostat housing, E36 radiator, 16" Spall fan wired into original fusebox using BM Conversions custom loom, Rebuilt heater control valve.BRAKES ...Porsche 944 brake servo with modified linkage, Brembo vented drilled and grooved front discs and pads, new Genuine front wheel bearingsTRANSMISSION...Getrag 260 gearbox, Genuine 2.5 clutch and release bearing, New Slave and Master cylinder with braided slave line, Manual pedal box fitted with new pipe and reservoir, New M20 starter motor, 325i Propshaft refurbished with new guibo and cenre support bearing.EXHAUST...Custom Exhaust Manifolds made by BM Conversions, Stainless steel Scorpion Middle and rear sections with all new gaskets, clamps etcINTERIOR...Clean standard interior, Electric windows, Pop out rear windows, Electric sun roof, Rebuilt Trip computer, MOMO Prototipo Steering wheel and Boss kit (original steering wheel in boot) Carpet and parcel shelf Dyed black, M style mats, gearknob and gaitor.STEERING...BMW E46 ClubSport (Purple tag) Steering rack with new inner and outer dteering joints, Custom Zink plated Power steering pipes, Custom Spacers and Custom Steering UJ all from BM Conversions BODY...Recently had the front end painted and repair to the scuttle panel (normal E30 place)While removing the carpet to have this done we found slight crunchyness in the floor near the acc pedal and a tiny bit in passanger floor pan so these were cut out and fully repaired. In the past someone had jacked the car up on the front jacking points with a small jack and crushed them so had these fully redone to factory spec. All carried out by a Reputable bodyshop.AUDIO... The sound of the exhaust is nice and quiet when cruising then comes alive when you drive it a little harder.Car has covered 112,000  miles and engine 69,000 miles.bad bits..Electric mirrors dont workdrivers door lock sticky, you have to wiggle the key to lock (passanger side perfect)only selling to fund another project
