1999 Rover Mini 'Paul Smith' Limited EditionFor sale is this limited Edition 'Paul Smith' Designer Mini 1275 Project.It's one of only 300 ever built for the UK market in manual 'Paul Smith Blue'The car is a light project having sat for a number of years untouched- It has No MoT.The 1275 MPi A-Series engine starts up and runs sweetly.The 4-speed manual gearbox selects all gears well.The clutch was working after a quick bleed up but the hydraulics do require replacing.The brakes do work all round but again require going though as it has been sat.The wheels are the correct 'Graphite' Minilites but will require refurbishment.The Interior is lovely, the original Black leather is in great condition.The black fitted carpets are good with blue overmats.The dash is the correct 'Paul Smith' embossed type and all working.The electrics all seem to function as they should.It retains it's original Paul Smith features: The Dash clocks, The 24 Carat Gold bonnet badge, British Isles Badge, Green rocker cover/fuel tank/HT Leads and rear window sticker.The bodywork is what lets the car down.It's been sat outside and both front and rear valences will need replacing.Other work will be required such as the drivers door skin and A-panels but overall it's a solid base.The sills and floors look like they will clean up well, it's still got the fluted type sills fitted so no nasty surprises.The subframes both look like they will be fine with a wire brush off and a lick of paint.Overall it's a lovely rare car with tonnes of potential.These MPi Minis are great usable Classic Cars.It comes with full service history in the original Service passport.Low owners.
