We are pleased to offer for sale this 1966 Mustang V8 auto convertible finished in bright red.

We are pleased to offer one of our latest projects – this 1966 Mustang V8 auto finished in Ford Black with black and white pony interior that is in a good useable condition but could be fitted with new seat covers should you require.  The carpet is in very good condition and in our opinion does not need replacing.

The exterior is once again in good useable condition there are some small paint blemishes on the roof and some paint has flaked off along the front and side of the roof this appears to be the only area that needs addressing.

The engine bay is in excellent condition with no signs of water or oil leaks, the engine appears to have just been rebuilt in the USA having 60-70 psi oil pressure and the oil itself being crystal clear. She starts with just the turn of the key and idles from cold with no problems.

She is fitted with a new fuel tank and fuel lines these run to a 4 barrel carburetor this is topped out with a new chrome air filter.

She is fitted with front disc brakes and a dual master cylinder the –  wheels are steel chrome with good tires all around.

Now turning to the underside this is amazing.  The usual areas of concern are in great condition – these being floor pans (passenger side having been replaced), rear frame rail and rear leaf spring hangers are all in great condition as are the trunk drop-offs. 

The only repair we could find was the very front of the passenger side frame rail that could benefit from a small repair to the underside about 50mm x25 mm.

Overall this is one of the lightest projects we have offed for sale 

A Mustang you could use and upgrade as you go.
