This is a one off immaculate S2 ready to drive or as an investment opportunity. Originally supplied new by the main dealer in Jersey to a local policeman. It was used there as a daily car and looked after by the dealer the time it was on the road. Jersey being only about 7 miles across hence the low mileage recorded in its use there.
Parked up by the owner in the late 90s it sat forgotten about for almost 20 years when it was purchased by a local and sold onto to Rennsport 911 Team in early 2017. It sat at the back of the workshop for a couple of years undergoing restoration in any spare time available.
The suspension and brakes were stripped and refurbished with new discs and pads
The original wheels were sent off to be blasted and powder coated along with another set of Cup alloys.
The engine was checked and fully serviced with a new water pump, cam belt, balance shaft belts with all new pulleys and runners. The injector rails were stripped and replaced with new injectors and the cam cover was stripped and repainted in the original factory colour. All fluids including gear oil, rear differential oil and brake fluids replaced.
The body underwent a full respray with glass out in the original colour code due to small storage marks here there and everywhere along with 20 years of neglect. It retains all of its original panels.
The convertible hood was replace with a new mohair one in the original colour
The interior was treated to a new carpet set and sports seats trimmed to match the original Linen trim.
It was finally finished and registered in 2019.

Original alloys can be sold with the car at a negotiable price but not included in the advertised sale.
I purchased the car shortly after commissioning. I have a personally signed letter from the Director of 911 Rennsport confirming the re commissioning work.
