You are looking at an extremely nice example of a very rare and desirable 1967 ford Mustang Fastback S Code 390 4v 4 Speed with Original GT Equipment Group. Original Candy Apple Red with black Décor Interior. Car is a little dusty from setting in our shop for a few years.

This car will be easy to finish. All the bodywork has been completed. trimmed out. The car has no rust. Bodywork was done by professionals and looks professional. Super Clean and Straight Car. EASY TO FINISH.

A ton of work has already been completed. The hard part is done.

Paint this car and put an interior kit in it and you're about done.

I have all parts to put the car back together. Trim Interior. Glass etc.

Here is a breakdown of the car:

New Parts: Way too many to list. New weatherstripping still in package. new GT gas cap. new disc brake hubs. new clutch brackets and linkages. new small trim pieces bushings and much more. See pics.

Engine: 390 4V. New Edelbrock Aluminum Intake. All New bottom End Bearings. New. piston rings. all new gaskets and seal. new freexe plugs. new cam and lifters. Engine is equivalent in performance to the standard 390. Very Nice.

Transmission: Toploader 4 Speed with Hurst Shifter. Rebuilt. Shifts Great. New Clutch. pressure. plate. throw out bearing. tc.

9” Rearend: Completely Rebuilt. NOS 3. 55 Trak Lock Posi unit. all new third member bearings. new bearings seals on axle shafts. Fresh Paint. Stock 390 Driveshaft. new U joints.

Exterior: Very straight. No Rust. Lower quarter replaced. lower front exterior door replaced with metal. Solid doors. fenders. Hood is perfect. Trunk lid is Ford and Perfect. Roof is super smooth. Gaps line up very nicely and will be even better with minor adjustments. Body on this car is incredibly nice and solid. NEW Lower COWL. No leaks! No Work needed. Just sand and paint!! Already been trimmed out in correct Candy Apple Red Paint.

Engine Bay: Fender aprons replaced. new radiator support. new battery tray. Super dry and clean. Already painted black.

Frame Rails: Extremely nice and solid front and rear. No rust or patches.

Trunk: Perfect. Beautiful. No rust Super Clean and Smooth. Look at pics.

Underneath: Looks original. Can't even tell the floor pans have been replaced. Very nice and clean. Frame rail extensions under foot pans are not dented.

Interior: 6k Tachometer. Have all interior. Still needs interior kit to recover seats and carpet. I have all the original Parts. Upper console is very nice and original. Dash never cut or altered. Original Radio.

Glass: Have all glass except front Windshield. Glass is in very nice shape. All original.

Suspension: New upper and lower Control arms. All new front end rebuilt kit. New shocks. New leaf springs. bushings etc. All new front and rear. Factory style replacement parts used.

Brakes: Power Front disc brakes. New hub Assemblies. Rear drum brakes completely rebuilt. All new stainless brake lines front and rear.

Fuel: All new fuel tank and sending unit. All new stainless fuel line from tank to motor.

This is a perfect opportunity to get into an S code with little work to finish. The work on this car has been done right. by professionals. Its super straight. repairs done correct and look professional.
