Welcome to my listing for a 1981 Mercedes 280SL in 684H Pastel BeigeSelling on behalf of the family of a friend who died suddenly a few months ago.Car has been in dry storage for the last three years, its not been cleaned up prior to sale as you can see but would rather it be seen in it's true condition. All structurally sound with surface rust around the body but nothing major and all major structural points intact.MOT until April 2022, runs beautifully, 7 previous owners, 128,460 miles with stamped service book up to 116,105 dated 20/09/2000-Mercedes dealer stamped up to 64,555 in 1997, independents afterwardsWas in the process of being tidied up so still needs a bit of cosmetic work but nothing major. Someone has fitted a 300SL boot badge but is a 280-original badge in boot.Complete with hardtop and stand.Does have some missing carpet behind the front seats so will need replacementI can supply lots more photos on request, happy to answer any questions but may be a delay in reply as i need to ask the family.Happy for any inspection or visit, car located near Thornbury South Gloucestershire J12 M5 strictly by appointment only.Message via Ebay prefered, due to work may not answer phone but leave a message and i will get back to you.Thanks for looking
