1969 Corvette Stingray. 350 V8 4 speed manual. This car is for restoration. parts missing are clear to see in pics. namely bumpers . lights. passenger side rear wing/fender. rear panel and lights were cut off for another car. Car has been stored for many years and is currently not running. Engine bay looks virtually untouched with a 600 Holley on a Contender intake. Bodywork has had amateur paint removal. The chassis looks good on passenger side but drivers side is rotten thru. It will need replacement chassis. If anyone has a chassis available I may be interested. The door frames are rust free which is unusual. I have taken pics with door cards removed. Interior needs a carpet set and shifter console/handbrake console. Windows and door locks work. Power steering. Rear deck lid and bonnet release work fine. The area below the windscreen is rust free which is very unusual as this is normally a weak point. I can only guess car was stored allowing drivers side chassis to get wet?? As you have read I have been as negative as possible in my description to emphasis that this is a restoration project that said it is a 69 manual corvette at the cheapest price I've seen for years. I would recommend the buyer has taken on this sort of project before. I imported the car solely for the soft-top frame and original seats for use on another car. You are bidding on what you see in the pictures. no more no less. I have paid all UK import duties with receipts and have new NOVA form from HMRC to enable registration or export. I have original US title. Car is for collection by trailer in Bexley Kent. I will sell to Europe. Viewing welcomed before auction end.
