The engine was rebuilt and enhanced with a full 12 volt conversion. Also added were an electric starter. distributor and single coil. and 12 volt alternator. Simplicity was the main purpose of the speedster. so only an amperage meter and Brass Winged Motometer exist to monitor the engine. The suspension has been lowered to give the car a sleeker. faster look when combined with the new Speedster Body work.
