"1967 Mustang GTA Coupe"

Here we have a TRUE GTA Matching numbers 1967 Mustang 

that was built in San Jose. CA October 11. 1966.  

This Mustang is a very high option order in '66 and has never left California. nbsp;

This Pony is 99. 9% Rust free. This Mustang was originally ordered in lime gold paint with deluxe black interior.  Comes with a 289 4v A/T with a 3. 00 axle and a c4 transmission. Deluxe steering wheel. Air conditioning. Tilt steering wheel and a console over head and floor and has a rare trunk release.

We started the restoration buy taking her apart and having her sand and media blasted to perfection.  

They had it primed in PPG primer then coated that beautiful black PPG paint u see in the pictures below. nbsp;Then they color sanded.

Complete Interior replaced: Front and rear seats. Headliner. Carpet. Deluxe door panels. nbsp;

Upper console. Lower console. Gauge cluster. Bezels. Door handles front and rear. nbsp;

Rear seat deluxe. Seat backs replaced and covered in vinyl so the don't have that plastic stock look. nbsp;Sun visors. New rear view mirror. All new rubber for the windows complete all the way around. nbsp;All new aluminum inserts for the interior. New dash pad and lower dash pad.

Now for the Exterior: New valences front and rear. New grill and GT fog light assembly. nbsp;

New front and rear bumpers. Brake light housing lenses and bezels. New GT gas cap. Rear reverse lights. All chrome trim on the car is new along with rocker panels. New vinyl top. nbsp;

New front and rear window chrome. nbsp;New door handles and door locks. New fender chrome. New head lamps. New side view mirrors. New front running lights. /p>

 New torque thrust rims and tires staggered. New GT side stripe. New badges etc.

Then the Motor: The motor was rebuilt along with the transmission. nbsp;Motor was color keyed in blue. Placed new radiator fan belts. Hoses. Valve covers. Water pump. Oil filter. Fuel filter. All new oils. New gas tank and fuel lines. New battery. New starter. New plugs. Wires. Caps. Rotors. We placed a new export brace and Monte Carlo bar. New chrome and air filter.

Also: All new front and rear Brakes.

This GTA runs and drives great! 

This car is a great daily driver. "A PIECE OF MUSTANG HISTORY" and a great item for some ones collection.  

Great for those sunday drives down the coast.  

This car was not spared any cost on the restoration as u can see no corners were cut.
