1966 Chevrolet C-10

This is an offer to sale a 1966 Chevy C-10, Short Stepside, 2 BBL 283ci V-8. It is a manual 3 speed with a column shifter. The interior is Tan. This truck is as near original as possible. It has no radio....it never had a radio. The truck with the original 283ci has 119660 miles. The clutch was replaced a few years ago but still has practically no miles on it. This truck IS SOLID. It has been painted about 25+ years ago and garage kept for at least the last 20 years. There has been NO metal replaced....EVER....like I said it is very solid. 

To not be a restored vehicle, it is absolutely the best candidate to go forward on a full "Show" restoration or to just drive it as it is. As far as what it needs currently......there is a slight scuff in the paint on the left rear quarter. Also, the driver side window channel needs replaced. It has a slight pull in the front brakes that might require a wheel cylinder to be replaced......it does not leak though and it does not hinder from being driven at this time.

I am listing this for a friend that has recently had health issues. I live in Kingsport, TN....the owner lives from Hiltons, VA (and the truck is therefore in Hiltons, VA). I have a feedback of 100% on eBay and I will represent this truck responsibly as if it was mine to keep my feedback intact. He is the 3rd owner of this truck. He has owned the truck since 2013 and has only driven it approximately 1000 miles. I have seen the title. It is clear and available to sign over immediately.

I can field most questions about the truck but I can PM contact information of the owner for a serious bidder. A winning bidder will need to make arrangements to pay-in-full at the time of delivery, either by cash or with a Certified Bank Check (on a week day so verification at the bank can be made). The owner has agreed to allow anyone to see the truck prior to making bids OR for the winning bidder to be totally satisfied at the time of taking possession of the truck. If the winning bidder is not satisfied, then the transaction will be cancelled. That is how confident we are in the shape of this vehicle. HOWEVER........there will be NO haggling when the winning bidder comes to get the truck. The price will be what was agreed to on eBay or you can leave it sitting. A non-returnable deposit of $200.00 will need paid within 24 hours of a winning bid. The balance of the transaction and a plan to pick-up the truck needs to be completed within 7 days following the eBay sale.

3. I added a title photo so a comparison of the odometer and the mileage on the title would show that this 3rd owner of the truck has only driven 714 miles since 2014.
