Here we have for sale a fantastic 1996 Classic Rover Mini Cooper 35th Anniversary special edition in Almond green. The car is a Japanese import which benefits from air conditioning.

The car has had thousands spent on it in the last 5 years which really shows in the quality and condition, it had a rebuild in 2017 including new sills and floors and a new front end using heritage panels, because of this the car is sold and in fantastic condition.

This week its had brand new wheels with brand new Yokohama tyres fitted as well as soft ride coil springs (replacing the old suspension cones) which makes the ride quality smooth and comfortable. In addition a full new Fletcher stainless exhaust system (including new cat) has been fitted, it sounds amazing!!!!!

This is a limited edition Mini, only 1200 35th Anniversary Coopers were made for the Japanese market, the previous owner imported the car back in to the country in 2009 and maintained the car regardless of cost. The car comes with a history files that catalogues the money spent on it which stands at £21,000!!!!

The engine was overhauled in 2019 and runs beautifully, it pulls well and has plenty of power, the gearbox was reconditioned in 2014, again its spot on, no crunches etc.

The original green leather interior is in great condition with no rips or tears, the air con had a service in 2020 and blows ice cold and there is a CD player installed.

The previous owner installed a John Cooper Mota Lita wooden steering wheel at a cost of over £350, the original green leather special edition steering wheel comes with the car also.

As mentioned the car comes with a comprehensive history file, its been serviced every year with the MOT since 2009 and the current MOT runs till January 2022 (with no advisories).

Overall this car wants for nothing and is ready to be enjoyed for the summer, its so much fun to drive and gets looks wherever it goes.
