Rolls Royce Silver Spirit Very Good All round,Drives Really Well.Priced Too Sell

unlike other advertised cars that perhaps you have like my self travelled only to find its not as described

This is Totally as described with pictures taken 8th august at my own house,(registered address on V5c) its been garaged since.

i am also a member of car clubs, for over 30 years so although no professional I believe I know a good car from bad.

I expect all my cars to be in very good order & presentable. I keep them all in garage when not in use

I always thought Rolls Royce's were well built,well looked after cars.untill i decided to try & buy a silver spirit,(we have had a silver shadow since 1987,thats always been garage & i assumed others did the same).

It had to be a Rolls Royce not a Bentley they just don't cut it for me ,growing up the saying was this is the "Rolls Royce of ......" & its that view of the flying lady as you drive it.

The newer Rolls Royce's are sadly too much bmw,what a shame for what was pride o Britain.

I got sick of ring around, finding out that most had corrosion, chassis rust,& some even engine issues.it appears to me that people just buy them & don't bother looking after them.it appears that  Most under £12,000 are  rough, which i suppose for such a prestige car its hard too expect any different. Although they are advertised as perfect !

Then my faith was restored when i saw this one.

Superb in all that department,no chassis issues, or any mot advisories to suggest past issues.

Paint work is superb no rust issues, some slight marks here & then but no more then you would be happy with on a 16 year old car,never mind a 32 year old.

Always starts within a few turns no knocks,rattles,clonks,or oil leaks.it's as you would expect a Rolls Royce to be.

Used it for my sons prom last month ,it got a lot of admires, proper class not a stretched limo, this is a car that when new was the price of a range rover & Xjs added together. It still looks absolutely a million dollars.

really nice proper Rolls Royce alloys (still good) with matching continental very good tyres cost £2500+vat (bill to proof)

Interior is all good & smells like it should even the boot compartment is clean & fresh smelling.

Sheepskin over rugs (carpets good underneath)

Glides along (much better then my shadow 1)

really nice its hard to believe it handles & rides so well,so easy to drive my wife drove it, yet the shadow 1 is a hard car to drive (but for sentimental reasons I cannot sell that & keep this)

not a single vibration, sits very comfortably at legal speed limit & temps you to exceed it.

I would say this Rolls Royce has been looked after since day 1,1st owner was John Reid (music manager, Australian  x-factor judge)

I have the factory build sheet showing lots of details

List of all previous owners (1 owner owned it twice, plus a garage)

spare keys

cruise control

all warnings come on & go off when started up

Mileage 47,100 although I cannot warranty this I do have mot certificates going back to 2003 with 28,000 miles on.

Clever I assume factory Battery isolator in boot (yet the time on clock always keeps it memory) I have had it parked up for a month & battery not gone flat,turn on the isolator up it fires

Really nice colour combination nordic blue,parchment hide.

Recent work include,service,suspension sphres,air con compressor.new battery,discs,pads,

I have priced this very fair to sell, I have very little free time & appreciate viewers don't want to waste there time either , so I would be surprised if  the 1st viewer does not  buy, there is plenty of space & light in my garage so evening viewing not a issue

there are a few little issues

ac not ice cold,although the compressor is new

nsr door does not always open with central locking, but does open manually, but on other occasions works all the time!

some time in the year 2000's some yobs jumped on boot,& roof, insurance company stated un economical repair, although car was perfectly repaired afterwards, this was a long time ago I am picky with my cars & I cannot tell any repairs or repaint has been done, its only because the previous keeper told me that I know.

I am selling this through gritted teeth, but I have too many cars (a Ferrari 512,shadow 1,xjs's xjr)

I just cannot enjoy them to I have decided to sell some
