The car was discovered after being stored in an old building for decades whereas apparently the previous owner abandoned a restoration . The overall condition is fair at best but it is mostly complete as shown with the sum of the major pieces intact with the exception of the bumpers . Everything that is included is pictured , there are no other spares . This car was originally imported to the USA from England decades ago . It comes with the original British registration booklet as well as a clear USA title , ready to export  . It does not run but the engine does turn over .
