Here we have an excellent. 1 owner example of the superb E46 M3 6 Speed manual. These cars must offer the most performance per pound you can get at the moment. yet you can still drive this car like a normal BMW when needed. making them a real practical all rounder. but when you get a clear road. this car has very addictive. super car performance. This car was first issued to its owner as a company car. after 3 year he decided to buy it and has kept it ever since. This owner was not short of performance cars to use. other cars in his car port included a Porsche. Aston Martin etc. But as you can see from the mileage. this is the car that was chosen to enjoy most of the time. but always ensuring the car was looked after and serviced correctly.

Finished in Titan Silver Metallic paintwork. this car looks good. the colour really seems to suit this aggressive shape. The interior is Black sports leather with Matching Black high Gloss trim. This colour again really works. it gives this BMW a real business feel to it. Even with the mileage. the interior as you can see it still in excellent shape.

It the engine that make this car special. this 2001 M3 is fitted with the 3. 2 Straight six engine producing no less than 343 bhp. mated to the excellent 6 speed Getrag gearbox. This combination provides some breathtaking performance. 0-60 comes up in 5. 1 seconds. But if you are into driving your BMW's. its the way this car uses this power and performance that will impress you. I feel this BMW is one of the most usable M cars BMW have made. as it drives so well. it really inspires confidence. Every trip in this car is something to look forward to. Start the car from cold and the dash lights on the rev counter tell you to hold back until the car it properly warmed up. you want to make sure the engine and gearbox oils are properly warmed up before you enjoy this car to the full. But give it 10 minutes or so and the lights start to go out. and you can really have some fun. This car has a Sport button. Now on some cars this is just a button that livens up the gearbox a little. but not on this car. Press the Sport button and you can feel the whole car respond. The engine note changes instantly. throttle response is now amazing. you can feel the whole car tighten up. Next bit of clear road. give the throttle a push and you are rewarded with an engine note only a proper M engine can produce. this engine is so free revving and eager to push on. it puts a smile on your face every time.

But the best thing about this car is you can still use it all the time. its not some fragile Super car. you can do the school run. etc etc. it still feels special.
