New Elms Classic is proud to offer for sale an unspoilt 1975 'Narrow Body' Morgan Plus 8 3.5 2 seater.
This is a 'matching numbers' car which was sympathetically recommissioned about 11 years ago following a period in dry storage. This included a new set of Dunlop tyres mounted on the original 15inch Morgan design alloy wheels, adjustable front shock absorbers and an aluminium radiator.
The Primrose yellow paintwork is mostly original and still has depth and shine. The interior is trimmed in black leather and features folding/reclining seats.
Weather equipment comprises 'Everflex' hood and removable side screens, all in good order.
A Motalita woodrim steering wheel is fitted, and also the original Lucas spot lights. Additional extras include luggage rack and hood tensioning levers.
We have recently overhauled the front suspension, and it benefits from new bushes, hard chrome king pins and adjustable AVO shock absorbers.
The car drives extremely well, and although it cannot be guaranteed, the history we have with the car suggests the recorded mileage of 28,500 is probably genuine.
Classified as an "Historic" car, therefore exempt from road tax and MOT testing.
