CLASSIC MINI MOKE,STRIPPED FOR RESTORATION,NO ENGINE/GEARBOX IDEAL 4 WD PROJECT.

This is a Imported and Unregistered in this Country Classic Mini Moke that I purchased from a Auction House in the North East a few months ago, As you can see from the photos I have recently stripped ready for soda blasting and restoration, But unfortunately due to a Knee problem I am unable to continue with it at this time.

I only have the Dated NOVA Certificate (This States the Chassis Number) that came with the car which the Inland Revenue issued when it was imported to say the taxes have been paid, I have no other paperwork, I have never had to register a imported car before so I can not help with any questions regarding this.

I Have been asked many times is the Chassis Number on the car, I have now added a photo showing it in place.

As you can see from the photos its a Big project and it will need quite a few panels that are available from Moke Panels.com They are also in Somerset.

The Panels include:

ALA7076 Complete English Floor Pan  £525.

ALA7318B Outer Right Hand Floor Panel £115.

ALA7318A Outer Left Hand Floor Panel £36.

ALA7078 Front Seat Bracket £12.50.

ALA7022 Rear Floor Panel £98.

ALA7023B Full Lenth Rear Heal Board £85.

Early Fuel Tank. (S/H or Made in Alloy from Racetec.)

Windscreen and Frame.

I would think there will be other small panels I have missed, But I would think £1,000 Worth of panels will be required as well as a good welder!!.

Most of the mechanical parts are there including both subframes complete with suspension and brakes, Side Panels and Battery Box Covers, Loom, Dash, Speedo, Grab Handles, Rack, Hood Frame, Hood, Exhaust, Peddle box, Wheels, Steering Column Ect.

There is No Engine and Gearbox, Option 1 Was to fit a Early 848cc Engine and Gearbox with the wand type stick, Option 2 Electric Motor, Or My Personal Favourite Option considering the rusty floor, Weld in a Fiat Panda 4x4 Floor Pan, Drive Train, Engine and Gearbox and make it 4 Wheel Drive, and Yes it will fit!!! ( You could pick up a 05 to 07 one for under £1000).

This is a great opportunity to own a English Moke Look a like for a quarter of the price of a restored one, If you have the skills to restore it.
