Excellent mini  Pick Up to restore, and with a good body and floors .It will need new sills

and a few other repairs but sound overall .

Engine will run and looks  original.

Not many better projects out there in this model.

A Genuine sale due to other commitments .

Can arrange delivery anywhere in UK( At buyers cost)

It will need registration when restored , which is an easy process ( cost 55£)
