We are pleased to offer this very attractive, RHD Jaguar MKII after repatriating it from the USA, where it has been since around 1986. Chassis number 168356DN is a matching numbers car with a JDHT Heritage certificate. At some point this RHD MKII ended up in Florida and won the 1986 Best in Class, Concours award at Sarasota, Florida ( plaque is in the car). The car then appeared in Texas, before being acquired by the last American owner in Concord, New Hampshire. Manufactured on the 8th December 1964 and leaving the Browns Lane factory on the 19th December 1964, the car was originally supplied by Claude Rye, London with registration CYO 751C. The oil pressure is good and the engine is strong. Engine temps are good with no overheating. As can be seen from the images, the woodwork is in excellent condition, the panel fit is excellent, the door gaps are excellent and the car is equipped with a Motolita style, wood rim steering wheel, inertia reel front seat belts and chrome wire wheels. An extremely bright example of the highly desirable MKII, which is super clean on the underside and under the bonnet. The car is offered complete with the front and rear screen chrome mouldings, new leather gear lever gaiter and new, red, Hardura boot mat. Currently awaiting some minor works in preparation for sale. NEWSFLASH:- Jaguar is now UK registered and has been allocated its original registration number.
