For sale is my 1969 Mustang Mach 1 M-Code 4 Speed.   It is original candy apple red with a black interior. VIN# 9T02M178491 showing options 63c T5 3A 06c 16 R 5 (Wide Ratio 4spd with 3. 25 Trac-Lok rear). The mileage shown is 52270. which would be 152270. also being consistent with the original documentation shown. I have the original build sheet from under the seat as well - very rare to find.

This car is probably 90-95% original. The paint. interior. and 351W 4-barrel (4V) engine are original. The interior is complete save for the door panels. New carpet and headliner is included. The only things I've replaced are drivability items. It has a new fuel tank and cleaned solid lines.   The non-power all-drum brakes have been replaced from master cylinder out to wheels. It will lot drive with no problem. I put a newer cap/rotor/wires/plugs on it. The car has a set of period changed wheels and tires. The bias ply tires still hold air and are actually in decent shape. The wheels are 14” “Torque-Thrust” style wheels either magnesium or aluminum. The car still has the original shifter and working tachometer with wood-grain accented dash. The console is still there too. The under cowl is shown in one picture to be in great shape.

The hood was stolen off the car so I found the best minimally dented/rusted hood to put on it. Has an original "C9" part number scoop.  The front passenger fender was replaced early in the car's life as it has the correct date stampings in the fender ledge but is a slight shade different than the remainder of the car – probably a minor “fender bender”. The aprons and radiator support are original. The car will need some rust repair both visually and structurally. The pans are actually in pretty good shape and only need one patch in the passenger floor pan in front of the seat support (see picture) - the rest are pretty nice. The torque boxes out to the front frame extensions will need patching and/or replacing. The shock towers are rusty but are still straight – no buckling at all. hood gaps and shock tower braces are really nice. The rear structure is all in decent condition. The car will need patched and/or replacement of the inner/outer wheel houses. All the glass is in good condition. This car is definitely worth restoring and is a good original basis that has had minimal tampering.
