1995 ROVER MINI SPRITE RED for sale

For sale is my dads 1995 N reg Rover Mini Sprite 1275cc.
It has 2 previous owners in the same family and has been stored in a garage for the last 8 years.  
Passed its MOT last month. Log Book present but car has no Tax.  
It has done just over 22. 00 genuine miles. the tires are in good condition with plenty of life left.  
No advisories for the MOT. It is the standard version so has steel wheels and no radio fitted.  
Nothing has been changed to this. no upgrades at all. it is all completely standard.  
Engines runs well. drives well. clutch. brakes and gear box are all in good condition.
It is a very tidy car in and out. there is no rust on it.
