Description:

This car comes to us from the private collection of a retired Attorney who spared no expense in the restoration. It is turn key and requires nothing. The high gloss paint is near perfect with no scratches. chips or dings. The painted blue stripes are covered in multiple coats of clear and you can't feel any ridges. The interior is immaculate and comes with a full compliment of gauges and high end stereo complete with two subs. two amps and multiple speakers. This Mustang is guaranteed to generate thumbs up everywhere you go and will have a crowd around it at every car show. This Exact car was on the Cover of Mustangs and Fast Fords in 2007! Interior:  The interior is a tasteful mix of original 1965 Mustang and modern racecar. There is a full Rockford Fosgate sound system that sounds great and a fully functional gauge cluster. The heavily bolstered leather racing seats are comfortable and supportive along with the Simpson 5-point harnesses. The interior is as clean as can be when it comes to the headliner. carpets. dashboard. and overall fit and finish of everything.

 

Exterior:  

The exterior was repainted in a beautiful silver with large blue racing stripes. The Fastback body style is unmistakable and the Glasstek 4” cowl hood and Fiberglass Specialties deck lid complement the car nicely. The Bogart D-10 15×5 and 15×10 MT radials really give the Mustang the racecar look. All of the body panels line up perfectly and there is no rust to be found. this is a solid car in and out. Paint is fairly new and was blocked to perfection. if you look at the profile shots in the gallery you will see the attention to detail that the painter took to get the lines straight!.

Drivetrain:The drivetrain is the crown jewel of this crowd pleaser. It was built to run on pump gas. be highly reliable. bullet proof and at the same time deliver outstanding performance ( all the driveline details are below) The 427 small block with a mild cam gives a muted but pleasant exhaust note and absolutely will not overheat even on a 90 degree day in stop and go traffic. The unsuspecting will assume it's your typical fastback with a 289…. until you mash the throttle and the twin precision turbos spool and put over 750 hp to the rear and you simply disappear.
