We will not ship "Truck Freight" to a residence or an address that requires a "lift gate" on the truck.  There is an extra charge $100. 00 for "residential delivery" and another $100. 00 for "lift gate. Each of these are extra cost by the truck company of approximately $100. 00 each and the seller assumes you do not want to pay it and thus it is NOT included.
