Car is 100% done. a complete three year nut-and-bolt. frame-off. rotisserie restoration - just flawless and concourse quality - needs nothing except a loving home!
This very rare car has NOS interior with NOS fabric and radio. NOS (perfect) side trim. NOS grille and perfect re-chromed bumpers. The underside is completely redone and perfect: sandblasted first. powder coated x-frame. plus under-body is painted white also to match car color with the same gloss and fit and finish as top of this car - what I call "over restored". It is a show quality car. trailed only. not street driven. I bought it and never had it registered or tagged - just stored in my garage under a soft car cover. started regularly and driven just a block away and back to keep fluids moving - no tags to go further.
Unfortunately no paperwork - I did not restore car. I bought it completely redone. The 65-66 Chevy club checked the numbers and it came back as a V8 two door sedan from the factory. The seller told me that the motor in the car was there when he bought it and that it is a Los Angeles. west coast car shipped to Arizona with race history. The paint is the best I have ever seen - stunning deep shine. no orange peal. solid. absolutely perfect white-glove show quality - better than original of course. Car runs and sounds totally awesome like it should with stock mufflers and stainless steel exhaust. solid-lifters of course. rect port Holley #3130 #3869933EF 760 cfm #4150. motor seems extremely powerful and fast - but I can only drive it a block away because of no tags.
* rare speed options: 396/425 HP V8. rare RPO U16 (L-78 only) in-dash 7. 00 RPM tachometer. very rare RPO K66 transistor ignition. RPO M21 Muncie (2:20-1) 4-speed close ration transmission. factory block hold-down device. 4. 10 rear gears with 4 link rear suspension posi-traction. and more like F40 heavy duty special suspension w/larger front and rear sway bars. heavy duty coil springs. heavy duty 4-core radiator. etc.
* other options: AC. tinted glass. rear bumper guards. power brakes. power steering. floor mats. red-line tires. seat belts. fire extinguisher. and more with factory #CC ermine white exterior color and factory NOS #850 turquoise interior.
She is totally awesome. very rare. fast. and very desirable: I am asking $60. 00 - It would take well-over $100. 00 or more and several years to duplicate this car - if you could even find all the rare parts. I live near BWI airport. Inspection of this car by the bidders and buyer is strongly encouraged. To make it easier for you if you live far away: Fly-in. I will pick you up to show you the car. and return you to the airport after. This car is sold as-is - no warranties expressed or implied. Pick-up and delivery costs are to be at buyers expense.
