1999 Land Rover Discovery Series II

Hi. thanks for looking at my '99 Disco.   Wife says I have too many cars so my winter Disco can be yours.   I also have a 2003 summer Disco.   It's been a great car for me. drove it 400 miles to Portland and back last week and it ran like a champ.   I got this car for the sole purpose of getting in to the snowy mountains this winter and it performed way beyond my expectations.  

Ok. the good:
ARB front bumper
Aftermarket rear bumper
Custom super stout rock rails
1. 5" OME lift
MT tires with 4K miles (like new) including matching spare
No amigos. TC. HDC. Antilock brakes work perfectly
Shuttle valve fix performed
Newer headgaskets. hoses. thermostat - did these as preventative when I got it. converted to green coolant
New front rotors. pads. one wheel speed sensor
Interior good - no tears/rips
Newer heated windshield
Headliner fair to good - better than most - see pics
CDL installed and works great. even the lock light comes on on the dash!
Passed emissions in December
No extra lights on dash
Newer front driveshaft and transmission by previous owner (have receipts)
HID driving lights wired to fog light switch - it's like looking in to the SUN!
HID low beams and aimed so they don't blind people
No rust to speak of - many panels are aluminum
The panel in front of the windshield is NOT cracked and has the air screen and rubber gutters intact
Clean title in hand
All original paint
Mileage is approximate as I drive this daily
Disco looks cool and will go anywhere!
BEST FOR LAST - engine doesn't tick or tap or make any of the usual LR V8 noises (like my 2003 does)

The bad. AKA the normal old LR stuff.
Sunroof siliconed shut but still leaks SLIGHTLY during really heavy rain. a couple of drops then stops. full spare sunroof included - just have not gotten around to it.
Throws the gas cap code (and that's the ONLY code). replaced gas cap. purge valve. inspected lines. gave up since it was winter/cold and doesn't affect drive-ability
Disconnected wire to SES light but installed spade plug so it can be reconnected - like noted above it passed emissions and is not due for another year and 1/2.
Numerous scratches and a few little ding as expected on a nearly 20 year old car
Some tire noise from the open tread
Power steering pump has extremely minor leak (added fluid once in 6 months)
Ski rack not included
Ever since I disconnected some relays the odometer has been flashing. mileage is true though and I have the receipts to show it over time.   This can be reset at the dealership.
Sometimes the Sony stereo goes in to some sort of buzzy feedback loop - 99. 5% of the time it sounds excellent though
AC blows cool to coldish but not really really cold like my '03
One more - front passengers side door lock doesn't auto lock/unlock. manually works though
Drivers seat heater inoperative
Probably some other minor stuff I'm forgetting.
