1965 Ford Mustang auto 289 V8. It was originally a 6 cyl. Original "RED" car.  Odometer shows 64. 00 miles but uncertain of actual. Only history on mileage I have is when Ford dealer installed brand new A/C which showed 60. 57 in June of 1995. Car was purchased in North AL in 1990 by north MS couple. In 1995 a Ford dealer installed the factory A/C (currently non-working. belt not on but fan works on inside).  Car has had right front fender replaced back in early 2000 and I believe at that time car was re-painted . Car drives fine. Manual brakes and steering. Transmission shifts good but engine smokes I believe from sitting up too much-valve guides leaking. Also has some valve tapping during cold starts or when first started. Car has sat in garage for the last 15 years. Engine appears to have good compression and cranks right up. Runs at normal operating temperature. Has brand new tires. Needs new carpet. passenger outside door release not working. no radio antenna. no spare. Chrome mirrors. door handles. nbsp;and emblems need refurbished but front and rear bumpers are nice.

Very nice looking car. No dents or dings The paint is not perfect but has really nice shine- it does have a few imperfections and a couple of chips in paint. Some scratches on rear trunk deck lid which might buff out. Body is straight and rear wheel wells are rust free. There is some surface rust but nothing major. Interior is good except for carpet. The driver's seat has a minor seam separation on bottom in one area. Headliner good. all glass is in good shape.

This car has never been titled. It was bought in 1990 from an individual in Alabama and registered in MS as a "Antique" car. MS did not title vehicles manufactured before 1969. I can get a "bonded" title through my insurance company which might take some time.  Will supply a notarized bill of sale.

PayPal deposit of $500 within 5 days of auction ending. Remaining balance cash. wire transfer. or cashier's check. Car can be picked up when final payment is satisfied. Car runs and drives but it is 52 years old so I'm not sure of road worthiness. Will work with buyer to arrange for shipping but buyer must pay for all shipping charges.

NO WARRANTY. CAR SOLD "AS IS"
