1958 Lincoln Continental Mark III convertible barn find no reserve for sale

This is a 1958 Lincoln Continental Mark III that I purchased in 1989. Since that time the car has been stored in a covered barn out of the elements. I have been paying storage since 1989 and wish to recover at least my storage fees. The owner of the barn sent notice that all cars in his barn had to be removed so I moved it to my house. cleaned up and put tires on it that would hold air (I know they are really small tires but the car rolls which it didn't before with all four tires flat). I restore Thunderbirds and thought one day I would get to the Lincoln but I have so many Thunderbird projects in front of me I know I will never get to it.   I bought the car because the car was complete and virtually rust free. If you look at the photos you will see what I mean about the condition of the body and floors. The only rust I could find on the car is on the passenger door and that is minor. The gutters in the trunk have zero rust. The trunk floor has zero rust. The floor pans have zero rust. The engine compartment including the rust-prone front cross member have zero rust. That is a great starting point for someone that knows these uni-body Lincolns. Of course it needs a complete restoration. As far as I can determine it is a complete car minus the two fiberglass pods that cover the convertible frame when the top is down. I did not attempt to start it and I don't have the keys for this car. I got the trunk open by crawling into the trunk and removing the latch bolts. If you have any questions about the car please email me through the Ebay system and I will respond. This is a no reserve auction and the highest bidder takes the Lincoln. Thanks for looking.
