If you like the looks of the '34 Ford roadster. but would like something a little more user friendly under all situations. this removable top cabriolet might fit the bill. It offers a traditional hi-boy look. small block Chevy power. and a gorgeous interior. plus the convenience of decent weather protection.



The body is. of course. fiberglass (Gibbons). but these days that's no demerit. especially when someone else has already done all the sanding and fitting for you. The cabriolet body style offers the same open-air good looks as the roadster. but with the added benefit of roll-up windows. so you can take it anywhere. anytime without worries. The original-style suicide doors have been shaved and pop open with the touch of a button. and without fenders. it has the same no-frills hi-boy look that makes '34 roadsters so popular. Fit and finish are well done. and the satin black paint is a very refreshing change from the usual reds and gloss blacks you see at every show. Clearly someone had another mission in mind when putting this car together. one that focused on usability as well as a traditional look. A simple hood that shows off the engine. a custom grille insert. and low-mounted '39 Ford taillights give it a unique look that neatly bridges tradition and function.



Tan vinyl convers the interior. further reinforcing this car's luxury-oriented personality with its upscale look. The bench is a custom piece that maximizes leg room and the rest of the interior was built around it. Door panels are simple affairs that warm things up and offer some visual interest without being over-sculpted and busy. The same vinyl covers the dash. which is full of gorgeous vintage-style gauges from RPC. and there's a matching billet steering wheel on a tilt column. Power windows give you the kind of comfort and convenience items that will make roadster owners envious. especially with this car's great looks. The shifter is on the steering column to maximize interior space and the carpets are beautifully fitted and trimmed. Overhead there's a removable top that seals up far better than any folding top could. and there's a fully carpeted trunk with a rear-mounted battery.



A fresh 350 cubic inch Chevy V8 crate motor rated at 350 horsepower provides plenty of motive force. and it's famous for prodigious torque and an insane ability to rev. The engine bay is neatly arranged and easy to service. and thanks to a well-tuned Edelbrock 4-barrel carburetor. it starts easily and idles well. even when cold. HEI ignition lights the fires. and there's high-quality equipment throughout. from the headers to the custom oil pan. and the Pete & Jake chassis. With less than 1000 miles on the build. it's still fresh and it drives great. Dual exhaust has a throaty rumble. and suspension offers a traditional dropped axles up front and a 4-link locking in a Ford 9-inch rear end. In between. there's a 700R4 4-speed automatic overdrive transmission. making this a rod you can drive just about anywhere. Handsome and classic Torque Thrust wheels are in excellent condition and wear traditional-looking staggered rubber that gives the cabrio roadster a nice stance.

  Vehicle may be sold by Streetside Classic Cars prior to the end of the auction. Streetside Classic Cars reserves the right to end its auctions early or to cancel bids solely at its discretion and shall not be held liable for any such cancellation. The winning bidder is required to contact Streetside Classic Cars within 24 hours after the close of the auction to finalize the details of the transaction. A $500 Paypal deposit is required immediately upon selecting the Buy-It-Now option. All international purchases must be paid by bank wire transfer in US Dollar funds only.

Once we have received the funds. we will prepare the car for international shipment through one of our approved land and ocean carriers. We file all the necessary documents for export. deliver the car to a US port. secure it in containers and board an ocean carrier. We can land a vehicle to any port worldwide handling container traffic. We export cars regularly and are familiar with export requirements. You. or your agent. are responsible for Custom clearing the vehicle and registration in your own country.
