It is time for me to move on. I am selling my 1955 Chevy project car. The car started life with me  as a barn find 4 door a couple years ago. and after a few rum and cokes one night with Eric Vlasic (Top Canadian custom car builder as seen on global tv's war of the wheels)we decided that a 2 door would be cool. then we decided a 2 door suicide would be VERY cool. The fabricating work for the conversion is top notch with all the handles and latches and locks working perfectly. The automatic transmission was ditched for a 5 sp from a mid 90's Chevy truck. The 350 is stock and mild but runs just like it should . nd purrs with brand new dual exhaust . The Interior is all new from the headliner to the carpet and new steel floors front to back. The paintwork is new of course . ut to honest. is of average body shop quality. The Chrome is mostly in place with a couple pieces missing. but what is there is in poor shape and either needs extensive polishing or replacement to match the rest of the car. The car is still licensed and insured and you can take it for a spin. but don't expect to drive it home to Florida. lights aren't all working . nd brakes are poor ect. I have too many cars that need my attention and the Chevy just doesn't have a place in my collection 
With all projects like this I have a wheel barrel full of cash dumped into it and expect a mighty haircut at the end. the starting bid will be about 1 tenth of my investment and there will be no reserve . o take advantage of my foolishness
I will have it listed locally on Kijiji and if it sells there before the end of the auction I will pull it down.
I have a 100% rating and plan to keep it that way. if you are bidding ask questions. It will need a couple of weeks of your work to make it a daily driver. It will need a couple of months to make it a local show winner
