1973 L-82 Corvette Stingray

I'm selling my much loved L-82. 1973 Corvette Stingray. In 1973. this Vette was optioned with the luxury trim package. including leather seats. AC. electric windows. anti-theft alarm and AM-FM radio. This Vette was a complete frame-off restoration. The original paint was white. I chose to repaint it with Mille Miglia. single stage urethane. The paint on the car is very nice. The frame was cleaned and epoxy painted. The engine has the original L-82 block spiced up with a Dana Hard. (CAMCO Racing Engines). inspired build. (Comp Cams XE284H cam. Edelbrock top end. (heads and intake). Holley Terminator EFI. HEI. ceramic coated long tube headers paired to a stainless steel dual exhaust. Horsepower and torque are both north of 400. The radiator is a DeWitt aluminum rad. It has a Centerforce clutch. The differential housing was rebuilt by Baer. The M-22 tranny is original and has a been carefully rebuilt. On the suspension side of things. the upper and lower A-arms are ceramic painted black; the rear spring is a transverse fiberglass spring; a rear sway bar is also installed. The original leaky. clunky Vetter steering gear and hydraulics have been replaced with the Borgeson steering upgrade. The wheels are Vette Rally wheels. The rubber is B. F. Goodrich. The fuel tank is a NOS replacement. new.  The trailing arms are ceramic coated black and were rebuilt by Baer. For the interior I reupholstered the seats with Al Knoch materials. (leather). The carpeting is new. I have installed a Kenwood head unit in the dash and run the wires for speakers and an amplifier. however. I decided not to install the speakers. The amplifier and speakers are included with the car for the buyer. The new AC/Heater is a Vintage Air unit. Other than the paint. the only body mods are electric headlamps. (no vacuum thank you). removal of the anti-theft gear and a stainless steel luggage rack. I have the following original parts: cylinder heads. intake. valve covers. distributor. AC/Heater. steering hydraulic assist and plumbing and several other items. Every nut. bolt. seal. gasket and fastener has been replaced on the car. It has been driven by several NCRS officers and they've told me it's the best driving C3 they've ever driven. This is a beautiful C3. with a very strong engine and handling package. It'll never drive like a 911 or a C7. but it definitely is a blast to drive. Since the restoration was completed I've put approximately 2500 miles on the car. All the parts I have are included with the sale of the car. Everything works on the car and as of this writing it requires no maintenance. I'm asking $22. 5K or best reasonable offer. Buyer assumes all responsibility for pick up and transport of vehicle.
