The 3 speed Turbo-Hydromatic transmission shifts the way it should. The introduction of mandatory catalytic converters and speed regulators became the standard in 1975. Even with the dismal horsepower rating the Corvette department at GM really achieved the unthinkable with 0-60 still being had at a very healthy run in the high 7. 0 seconds. Styling was never at risk and this Dark Red Metallic proves just that.
