There are very few of the California Short Beds left. and this is one of the nicest. Frame VIN matches body VIN. indicating a Fremont California manufacturing plant. Truck is solid. It has been modified with leather bucket seats. sound deadening. new premium carpet. C-Notch and lowering. a chrome dashboard. front anti sway bar. 4 inch exhaust. and a newer crate 350. Body and frame are in excellent shape. there were a couple of pin hole spots at door bottoms that were cut and replaced with new metal welds. Floors are original. solid. and only minor repair was performed to reseal edges.
The grill will need to be replaced if show quality is desired. this one shows a few dents and overall surface scratches. It is a NON-Air truck. heater core is new and heater works great. Over sized radiator. ideal for parades.
