WINNEBAGO ELANDAN LOW COACH LUXURY RV POWERED BY LPG

I am offering this really nice Winnebago Elandan luxury RV Motorhome which was imported from the States in 2004 and converted to European spec. This motorhome has a GM P30 Chassis and is powered by the Chevrolet 454 Big Block engine  that has been converted to run on LPG that is currently priced at 67p a litre. It averages between 15/20 to the gallon which equates to 35+ real MPG.

Invoices show that prior to export from FLORIDA it had a full engine re-build. (detailed invoices available). The body is moulded glassfibre. so no body rust! It is known as a low line coach which has plenty of storage both inside and out.

An LPG system has been professionally fitted in the UK and has two 100 litre fuel tanks fitted in the front storage lockers. The cooker. fridge/ freezer and water heater all operate from a separate 60 litre LPG tank.

What is also very good about this RV is that it has a steel roof and not the rubber ones that always leak! All the roof fresh air vents have been replaced and are fitted with weather proof covers.

Firestone air suspension is installed front and rear that ensures a smooth comfortable ride and stability on the road.

A reversing camera is installed on the rear of the coach that shows the tow bar and the road behind for easier driving. This is linked to a monitor screen in the dashboard. An electrically operated step opens when the side door is opened to make entry and exit much easier. The step can be locked in the open position when on site.

The very spacious interior is almost immaculate having been well respected and maintained over the years. The pictures. you will agree. show the tasteful and clean décor as well as all the amenities available.

This motorhome has six berths. two permanent single beds in the rear with Sealy Postureform mattresses that are clean and reversible and each measure 34"Wide by 76" Long with a 20" gap between them making the internal dimension 7' 4" wide in total ensuring ample space and comfort.

Two other double beds can be found in the lounge area. The cooker has a grill. oven. nbsp;FOUR gas hobs and a new 240 volt microwave. A full size Fridge/Freezer is also fitted and runs on 12volt/240volt and LPG depending on where you are. this means that the fridge/freezer will work whilst you are travelling. on site with no hook up or when hooked to the mains. no more warm beer!

Above the front  seats is  a 17" flat screen LCD/TFT TV with integral DVD player. Two 13 amp 240volt sockets are located in the cupboard above the passengers seat. Two more sockets are situated in the foot locker and a further two by the sink. The 240 volt system is protected by two circuit breakers.

The integral 60 gallon water tank  provides hot and cold water at the turn of a tap in the kitchen. bathroom. shower and toilet by means of a powerful electric water pump.

We have a comprehensive history file with this vehicle and instruction manuals for every piece of equipment that is fitted right down to the plastic hinges for the Fridge!!

We have owned this beautiful Winnebago since October 2008 and have serviced it loved and cherished it and replaced all its tyres.

It is fully automatic with power steering and can be driven on a normal car licence. It will be Fully MOT tested from the 18th of August 2013 for 12 months until August 2014.
