This van started and spent its life in California used by Sears appliance division to do maintenance and repair. It put on a scant 117k miles and was fleet maintained as part of a group we've had great luck with. We purchased the van back in February and brought it to Colorado for a full build out. While in our possession this van has been converted to 4 wheel drive with our own setup using a 4 link front up front and dana 60 axle from a 1 ton 2008 Superduty. In process as we do on all our conversions. everything was fully rebuilt. replaced. or gone through. including rebuilt transmission with new low stall torque converter. fresh reman NP271 transfer case. completely new front steering. ball joints. and fresh alignment with cam bushings.  

The van has new drive shafts. fresh fluids in everything. new brakes. brake rotors. calipers. brake lines. new shocks. and abs sensors that leave the existing van ABS in full working order. The van has 4. 10 gearing. the trusty 2 valve 4. 6 motor that they have put in taxi cabs and fleet vehicles for many years. and it has new wheels and 10 ply BFG KO2's. As you can see in the photos. the van has a fully fitted and insulated interior including doors. the sliding door has been modified to clear the wide track on the rear tires. it has new upholstery up front with heated high backs from 2012 van. and since the photos. we've installed LED lighting in the rear. The van has a custom powdercoated roof rack. and fresh base/clear Audi Nogaro blue pearl paint that's really quite striking.  

We are very particular about our builds and take both pride and pleasure in building these. In some 50 builds. this is probably my favorite rig. it's an excellent example of design and work that will make an excellent platform for travel both on and off road. daily driving. or even just work if you're so inclined. Yes. you'll dig the van.  

This van is beautiful. the paint is nice and glossy. it hasn't been color sanded but didn't really need to be. The bumpers have been painted black to match the scheme. and they look good. rear has just a little light wear. Tires and wheels are new as described. doors all open and close easily. windshield is in pretty good shape. and the undercarriage is perfect. This van has never seen salt. not even here in Colorado. you can see undercarriage in photos.  

The van has not has the roof repainted and it's a bit faded out from the sun. but it's so high that you don't really see it. The only thing that would separate this van from a complete show vehicle is the roof and the windshield which has a few pits. but no cracks. Our cost is $125 for a new shield if you want one. Since the photos. we have installed a set of hoop side steps up front which making getting in and out of these vans a lot easier. but also don't get in the way of clearance.  

The interior was fully removed. cleaned. and re-fitted. It has insulated walls with both cotton and the pink stuff. The doors are insulated and you can tell when you shut them they don't bang around. The ceiling has a thin coat of recycled insulation. then everything was paneled and we put in a new bed-rug floor which is the only thing that wasn't insulated. Since the photos. we've installed 6 LED lights in the rear. and will post updated photos as available.  

The cabin is nice. The seats are from a '12 model and are high backs with perforated vinyl and black piping. they're quite comfy. and we've also installed seat heaters for both base and back on both seats. The cup holder has a bit of wear. and steering wheel is worn under the cover with 1 hole punched through part of it. These vans do not come with cruise. Rostra does make an aftermarket kit for these. We can install one at cost if you like. but they can be a lot of work depending on which throttle body this one has.

Vehicle Inspection + Service

Buyer reserves right to an inspection before purchase is finalized. We service everything we sell and make sure  our vehicles are safe. We're not perfect. but we're darn good. We don't sell new or perfect cars. We sell good  cars at exceptional value. We change the oil and filter in every vehicle. diesels get new fuel filters too. We know  you expect us to be reasonable and we expect the same of you.

Payment/Titles

We're easy to get along with. but we need to know if you need special payment accommodation before you  purchase. Our terms are flexible. so if you need time to either pickup the vehicle or extended payment terms all  you need is ask. For several reasons. we do not accept American Express.

Fine print: Successful bidder must contact us within 2 days of the close of the auction. and must submit a  deposit of $500 within 3 days. Remaining balance is to be paid within 10 days of the close of the auction. We  accept Paypal (For Down Payments Only). Master Card. Discover. Visa. Debit-Cards. Bank Wire Transfers. Money  Order. Cashiers Check. Cash in Person. and you can call with any other offers. We're very easy to get along  with.

Denver Fleet is a registered Colorado dealer. Our state allows dealers 30 days for title delivery. Titles are generally sent registered mail. and we are running roughly 2-3 weeks title delivery at present. IF YOUR SITUATION requires that a title is expedited quicker than this PLEASE ADVISE us prior to arranging payment / purchase.

Delivery/Shipping

Pick it up: We regularly pick up people at Denver International Airport (DEN) free of charge and bring them to  the lot for pickup. The airport is about 20 minutes from our shop. We do not offer airport pickup on Saturday or  Sunday. Saturday we do not have a driver. and Sunday we are closed by law. no exceptions! There are no  additional charges for pickup.

Ship it: We have a local shipping company that we've done business with for many years and they have  reasonable pricing. You can also visit Dependable Auto Shippers. their local terminal is pretty close to us. so we  can drop the vehicle there free of charge. Call us for a shipping quote if you need one.

Please do not make important plans that hinge on transportation. Shipping vehicles is a very fluid procedure that depends on many people and many factors including mother nature. road hazards. automotive break downs. and some might say: the all mighty.

Financing Options

Denver Fleet can provide financing for customers with good credit in Colorado only. We do have a few options for out of state financing for well qualified applicants. Often. your best bet is to visit your local credit union and you'll have  no problem obtaining a loan for an out of state vehicle.

There are several online companies that offer financing as well. just Google 'vehicle financing' or 'auto loans' At  5. 99% with $0 down for 60 months. each $1. 00 costs you roughly $19. 32 per month. There are institutions  lending as low as 1-3% for highly qualified customers.

Dealer Disclosure (more fine print you should probably read)

We do our very best to describe the vehicles as they really are and the options they have. though everyone has  a different opinion of what a condition might be. Please examine all the photos carefully and read the full text of  the advertisement. Denver Fleet reserves the right to sell the vehicle at any time before a deposit has been left  on the vehicle. even when the reserve has been met. Denver Fleet also reserves the right to end the auction  early. We sell many of our vehicles before the end of the auction. Feel free to call with any questions.

It is our experience and our volume that allows us to sell vehicles at lower prices than most businesses on EBay  or off. but please know that the phrase "You get what you pay for. " is constant in both the real world and the  car business. All vehicles are sold "AS IS" unless otherwise specified. Local residents of Colorado must pay taxes  at our dealership. but will not have to pay them again when going to register the vehicle. There is a $249  transfer and handling fee that applies to all sales both in state and out.

Again. all vehicles are for sale locally. and before the end of the auction. Just because you are the high bidder  doesn't mean you have the vehicle reserved. EBay allows us the option of ending auctions early because all  vehicle are for sale at any point during the auction. If you are concerned. the buy it now option is always a  good idea.
