1979 Chevrolet Corvette for sale

This is a completely restored 1979 Corvette. Every system in the car has been gone through and refurbished. This includes. suspension. brakes. steering [including power assist equip. ]. uel. engine has been upgraded to a fresh 454 cu. in. with Edelbrock manifold and carb and Hooker side mount headers. Transmission is a turbo 400 with a shift kit and manual valve body. Differential is a 3. 70 locker. The interior is new from top to bottom with saddle leather seats and door panels with black carpet and headliner trim. New power window motors and regulators have restored that great Corvette "Star Trek" window speed. The body and paint is outstanding. after a lifetime of building Corvettes I can say I have never been more proud of the bodywork on one I've done. The glass is as smooth and flat as you will ever find and the door gap / panel alignment are as perfect as you would ever find. The paint is Chevrolet Torch Red Basecoat clear coat. all products used were PPG. The car has about 200 miles on it since the rebuild. I corrected any little bugs found and in my opinion the car drives great! It should be noted that this is a C-3. and something of a hot rod at that. but that said I can tell you this car will plant you back in your seat and keep you there. Great fun to drive. I will be happy to answer any questions you may have. I can provide both photos and invoices for the entire project. I have parts invoices exceeding $20. 00. 00 and since I built 90% of the car myself the labor is difficult to calculate but I feel quite sure to duplicate this car would cost well over $50. 00. 00 if you were pay a professional shop to build it.
