Here we have a rust free Phoenix Arizona 1961 Oldsmobile Starfire convertible that comes with a 394 cu in V8 engine with an automatic transmission. This Oldsmobile fires right up and runs and drives very good. This Starfire comes equipped with power steering. power brakes. power convertible top. power windows. leather interior and an AM radio. This is a very nice. original. complete car that needs to be restored. The body is very straight and the chrome is in pretty good shape with some dings on it. The convertible top goes up and down with ease. All four power windows go up and down. The interior is all original and is in pretty good shape considering being 52 years old. The convertible top needs to be replaced. This is a “no reserve” auction with the high bidder being the next owner of this Starfire convertible. Payment Methods

Cash(in-person only). certified check. bank wire transfer. or 3rd party financing. We do offer financing. A credit application must be filled out to be approved for financing. Please have all funds or pre- approved financing in place before making your final bid. Payment must be made in full with in 7 days of the close of the auction(Ebay). The vehicle must be paid for in full before the vehicle can leave our facility.

Deposit(Ebay)

To secure the vehicle the winning bidder will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction.

Non-Paying Bidder(Ebay)

If the deposit is not received within 2 business days of the close of the auction or the vehicle has not been paid in full with in 7 days after the close of the auction then we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to another qualified buyer.

Additional Fees & Taxes

We are a wholesale dealer who does not believe in charging CASH buyers any additional documentation fees. If any sort of financing is used a $199 document fee will be assessed. A 8. 3% Sales tax and title/registration fees will be accessed to all Arizona residents and or customers who plan on registering the vehicle in the State of Arizona with in 365 days of the purchase date. All out of state customers are responsible for all city. county. state taxes and fees as well as title and registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.

Shipping(Ebay)

The buyer is responsible for the all of the shipping charges. The vehicle must be paid for in full before the vehicle can leave our facility to be transported. Upon request we will assist our customers in locating a reasonable transporter. Once the vehicle has left our facility we assume no responsibility to damages left to the vehicle.

Warranty

All vehicles are sold “as is” with no warranty or guaranties. We do not offer any sort of warranties that can be purchased. A manufacturers warranty may still apply. An extended warranty may be purchased through the Manufacturer or a third party agency.
