1968 Chevrolet Camaro RS

You won't believe how cool this car looks and how fun it is to drive! Camaro enthusiasts are impressed with the upgrades while retaining a relatively stock look. The following is a driver's quality '68 Camaro RS with the perfect combination of old and new. Some may consider it a "restomod". It has been modified tastefully to appear stock. retaining the look of the classic era while combining modern elements to make the vehicle handle and perform more like a modern muscle car.  

The restoration/modernization appears to have been done recently. The paint shows well with a high gloss base coat/clear coat (it is a modern color; matched up as a 2012 VW color. it is very unique and gets many compliments). The body is straight with only minor blemishes or flaws. I'd give the exterior a 7 or 8 out of 10 overall.

The interior shows well also with a combination of new and old components (see below). Has a modern sound system with touch screen head unit; plays CDs. DVDs. accepts thumb drives and SD cards as well. A backup camera can be added as well. The front and rear glass were replaced at some point and the trim and bright work appear to be newer as well.

This vehicle is being sold "as is" and does not have any warranties/guarantees expressed or implied. It is not a perfect show car but is a beautiful car to drive to work or bring to a show.  Imperfections:

- has a slow power steering leak; some noise when the wheel is cranked all the way

- headlight doors only open and close manually

- some paint bubbling behind driver's door. lower front of passenger door (minor; see pics)

- inner door weatherstrip needs to be installed (brand new included with car); interior A pilar pieces appear original and show wear
